CANCELLATION POLICY

At Mortimers Hair, we truly value your time, as well as the time of our stylists. To help us provide the best possible service and ensure appointments are available for everyone, we kindly ask that you take a moment to read our cancellation policy.

24 Hours Notice

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask for at least 24 hours notice. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will be subject to 50% of the booked service.

We understand that unexpected situations can arise, but late changes often leave us unable to offer the appointment to another client.

Within 12 Hours or No-Shows

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 12 hours of the appointment time, or appointments where clients do not attend without notice ("no-shows"), will be subject to100% of the booked service.

These charges help cover the time reserved specifically for your appointment and allow us to continue providing the highest level of service to all our clients.
